Research On The Risk Management Of Electronic Commerce Ecological Chain

With the popularity of network information and the improvement of modern logistics, e-commerce is in rapid development stage. Electronic commerce is the body of the suppliers, consumers and the third party platform. The main body of competition and cooperation between e-commerce makes e-commerce can realize information exchange and resource sharing. According to ecology theory,this paper introduces the electronic business competition cooperation relationship called chain relation between main body. Electronic commerce depends on the chain interaction and interdependent relationship to form the e-commerce ecosystem.E-commerce ecological chain is a special network information ecological chain. Information management and related academia have been used information ecology theory of network information ecological chain, which promote the healthy operation of the network information ecological chain. Therefore, information ecological theory has an important guiding significance to study electronic commerce chain of individuals and social organizations.There is a risk in the running process of the e-commerce ecological chain. In this paper, the e-business ecosystem risk is divided according to the pattern of manifestation to sum up the risk causes. At the same time, risk management and risk management strategy of management are introduced in the e-commerce ecosystem research to put forward solutions to e-commerce ecosystem risk.In this paper, the research content mainly includes the following sections:The first chapter introduce the research background and significance of topics, analyzing the foreign and domestic research status quo of the electronic commerce chain to put forward the research targets and contents, technical route and innovation points.The second chapter discusses the basic theory of the electronic commerce chain ecological risk management, introducing the concept of e-commerce ecosystem, the ecological chain structure characteristics and e-commerce ecosystem risk management concept and process.The third chapter, according to the information ecology theory, this paper studies the electronic commerce chain fracture structure, paralysis, operation organization aging and negative image form four types of risk. By the method of qualitative analysis, the paper induces the formation cause of e-commerce ecological risk.The fourth chapter introduces the e-commerce ecological chain risk management principles. E-commerce ecosystem risk management must follow the predicted pilot principle, balance principle, overall the whole chain principles and measures of the principle of diversity.The fifth chapter introduces research on e-commerce ecosystem risk management measures by establishing risk prevention atmosphere, establishing the risk early warning system and improving risk prevention measures to avoid appearance of risk as much as possible and reducing risk, risk transfer and risk avoidance to reduce the loss.The sixth chapter through the case analysis to identify the risk of "JD.COM" e-commerce ecosystem, analyze the main causes of the risks and the corresponding risk management measures are put forward.The seventh chapter summarizes the research content. This paper also proposes inadequacies to improve and points out that needs further research problems in the e-commerce ecosystem.
