Research On Effects Evaluation Of The TRIZ Theory In Enterprises Of Hubei Province

With the rapid development of economic globalization and technology, international competition is becoming increasingly fierce, independent innovation ability has become the key driver to enhance the core competitiveness. For building an innovative country, exploring the road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics, enhancing our capacity for independent innovation,and promoting the rapid and stable development of science and technology, the State Council made "independent innovation, the method first" important instructions.Fourministriesincludes the Ministry of Science, Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Education and the China Association work together to promote the popularization and application of TRIZ-based innovative approaches to provide theory and method support for enhancing the technological innovation capability.First of all, introducing the evaluation methods currently used and the range of available innovative approach indicator system based on the theory of TRIZ introduction to provide the theoretical basis for the subsequent evaluation.Secondly, studying and summarizing the history and progress of innovative approaches work of Hubei Province, analyzes the status of innovative approach of pilot enterprises in Hubei Province from geographical distribution, industry distribution, the distribution of the type of innovative approaches and applications, etc. the main factors that affect the application of innovative methods were summarized systematically to provide theory evidence for building the index system.Once more, according to a scientific and reasonable construction principle, selecting the appropriate index to construct an evaluation system that including seven investment indicators and 6 output indicators;selecting the method of data envelopment analysis and the corresponding evaluation model for use.At last, filtering and counting the relevant indicator data from Hubei Province innovative approaches statistical material projects, application materials and other raw materials to evaluate the effect of TRIZ on the selected eight pilot enterprises in Hubei Province. Thensummed up the existing problems in the work of innovation the method, and put forward suggestions from the government and business point of view, respectively.
