Research On Relationship Between Corporate Culture And Core Competitiveness Improvement Of A Company

In the fiercer market competition, the corporate shall actively improve its core competitiveness and win best opportunities for survival and development, which is convenient for its sustainable, sound and stable development. The research on corporate cultural construction and corporate competiveness has become one of major issues in academic circles. At present, the corporate managers gradually recognize the importance of corporate culture and depend on the methods and measures such as corporate culture to carry out day-to-day management.
