Tangshan Steel is China's large iron and steel enterprises,the backbone of the Hebei steel group.In the face of the whole industry into the development of the transition period,it is an important period of strategic transformation of Tangshan Steel,The development mode must be full of change,that is to say from the hard power competition convert to the soft power,finally is from constructing the enterprise culture to build the core competitiveness of enterprise development.The theme of this thesis is to prove the significance of implementing corporate culture strategy,to research on the backgrounds,basic conditions and countermeasure that Tangshan Steel carries out culture construction strategy considering the practical situation.To this issue,we adopt the methods such as combining theory and practice together,field survey,observation and demonstration,qualitative and quantitative research.Firstly,it defines the corporate culture,culture management and soft power from basic concepts,analyzes the culture inscape,compares domestic situations with that of Japan and America,and mainly interprets Culture Hierarchical Model of Schein,Learning Organization of Peter M.Senge and enterprise soft power C-Theory.These frontier theories have supplied the guidance principles for building corporate culture construction system of Tangshan Steel.Secondly,it analyzes the economic civilization in macro society,state-of-the-art in steel industry,developments,administrative mechanism and state of employees.It offers great insights into issues during process of corporate culture construction.According to the three factors of culture ideas,institutions and substances,with a view that Tangshan Steel adopts market leading strategy,pushes forwards development transformation and the most competitive metallurgical corporation.Finally,it proposes the measures to build the leadership system of corporate culture,properly balance corporate culture and management,construct cultural consciousness and form a strong atmosphere.Those measures ensure the full implementation of strategies of constructing corporate culture.
