Corporate culture has the functions of cohesion,guidance,motivation,restriction and interaction,which can effectively enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,based on the core competitiveness to build a perfect,systematic enterprise culture,from four aspects of the spirit,behavior,system and material and other scientific norms,can better improve the competitiveness of the enterprise market.P company,as a coal mine machinery and equipment research and development company,always adheres to the management concept of innovative development and high quality service,and makes a good strategy for competitive development of enterprises,and improves market share.However,there are still some problems in the enterprise culture construction of P company.The purpose of this paper is to analyze these problems.The purpose of this paper is to put forward the enterprise culture construction system based on the core competitiveness of P company at the core of the corporate culture.By using the method of literature,investigation,empirical analysis and case analysis,this paper analyzes the management of P company,middle level leaders and employees,and collects the information of enterprise culture of P company,so as to understand the degree of integration between enterprise culture and core competitiveness.This article first describes the current situation of enterprise culture construction in P company.It analyzes the corporate culture system and implementation of P company from four aspects,such as material layer,behavior layer,system layer and spirit layer,especially the implementation of various links of product research and development,management concept,after service and so on,and fully understand the present situation of enterprise culture construction of P company.It has an important role and significance.Secondly,this paper analyzes the problems in the construction of enterprise culture in P company,P company's serious understanding of corporate culture is not accurate,the core values do not form a unified implementation concept,the employees are not aware of the spiritual culture,the management does not attach importance to the construction of the enterprise culture,and does not build a professional enterprise culture construction.In the group,the coordination and communication ability of cultural execution among the functional departments is weak,which leads to the lack of cohesiveness in the enterprise culture,and not to improve the behavior accomplishment of the employees.The assessment degree of the implementation is not enough,which leads to the weakness of the executive ability,the service level and the competitiveness of P company.Finally,on the basis of combining the current core competitiveness and the achievements of the enterprise culture theory,this paper analyzes the relationship between the enterprise culture and the core competitiveness,and builds the enterprise culture system of P company based on the core competitiveness.It takes the powerful support of the modernization of coal mine as the enterprise mission,the domestic leading and international first-class work.For the vision of the enterprise,the hard division and self-reliance are the spirit of the enterprise.It is the enterprise idea,the team integrity and the dedication and innovation are the enterprise values.At the same time,the plan design and implementation strategy are set up to focus on how to construct the enterprise culture centered on the core competitiveness,strengthen the core competition cognition into the spiritual culture concept,establish a scientific and perfect enterprise system and responsibility system,standardize the employee's behavior,create a harmonious humanistic environment,and unify the identity of the enterprise.In order to improve the core competitiveness of P company.As an advanced machinery and equipment development,manufacturing and sales enterprise,P company is one of the important embodiment of the national manufacturing industry.Based on the core competitiveness,the company constructs a perfect enterprise culture and integrates the innovative research and development,quality and quality service into the enterprise management.Employees create a harmonious humanistic work environment,improve the post responsibility system and working system of enterprises,and further enhance the market competitiveness of P company.This paper has a reference for the construction of the characteristic enterprise culture based on core competitiveness in the machinery industry,and has a positive significance in revitalizing the machinery industry in China.
