Study On The Effect Of Cultural Construction On The Enterprise Core Competitiveness Development

Lastly, the innovation of enterprise culture was proposed to rely on the rapid and healthy development of enterprises.The thesis focuses on environmental factors and evaluates enterprise culture,which should be done according to the four basic principles of corporate culture: enterprise type, enterprise development, nature and characteristics of development strategies and objectives in corporate culture.The development of enterprise product planning or service culture, construction, deep connotation, healthy corporate culture system should be considered in construction of enterprise culture; meanwhile the research thinks that the enterprise culture is the "chip" in development of enterprise culture system.
