Research On Operation Violation Based On Staff Safety Record Management System

With the revolutionary success of information technology, information management is being promoted in all walks of life with an unprecedented speed. From national macro strategy, to a company’s business, the ideas of information management and methods are commonly seen everywhere.In recent years, information technology has been widely used in enterprise personnel management. However, there isn’t still a single mature case in employee safety archives management. An employee safety archive is the extension of a company’s personnel archive that reflects an employee’s safety status by means of his safety records about rewards, accidents and violations. According to statistics, more than 80% of companies’ accidents are caused by employees’ illegal behaviors, electric power supply companies are no exception. Due to the lack of employee safety archives information management, most companies always focus on the punishment of individual cases, instead of analyzing the recurring unsafe behaviors in a digital and systematic way. As a result, designing a set of employee safety archives management system that provides data reports of human resource management and security management has an important meaning and application value, for it provides basis and data support for the formulation of relevant management measures.On the basis of collecting accident causation theory, behavior safety management theory, prevention theory and enforcement theory, this paper elaborates the targets and ideas of designing employee safety records management system, clarifies the system’s basic modules, business processes and functions, focuses on detailed description of employees’violation records management module designing.This topic set the employee safety archives management system of Shaoxing power supply company as its research object, by using classified statistics of 841 violations in 3 years from 2012 to 2014 in four perspectives of people, time, place, and event, found out the relationship between personal characteristics, time patterns, job types and locations, summarized the violations and the security management problems, studied the methods to improve management based on the situation of the company, clarified the directions and goals of management reform, and put into actions in the safety management of Shaoxing power supply company in 2015.
