Electric power enterprises have been in monopoly for a long time because of the barriers of competitors in the market competition.However,through the reform of the electric power system,the situation of electric power enterprises will be changed.In recent years,according to the power infrastructure of State Grid,T Power Supply Company has provided good power supply services for rural power grid users.With the reform of rural power grid,rural power system,and the office environment,the company has put forward the goal of building Star Power Supply Station.Their goal is to promote the better performance and service of the Power Supply Station.In this paper,the author focus on the T Power Supply Company,a strategic business unit.The staff of the Power Supply Station is taken as the research object.The staff performance directly reflects the service quality of power supply.According to the company's performance evaluation program,the station refined the performance indicators and tasks,then issued a more feasible program.As far as the current effect,the program is partly fair and has a certain incentive effect through quantitative assessment and itemized scoring.Based on the analysis of the performance evaluation program one by one,checking the monthly evaluation form,the writer do some research on the station by interviewing staff and analyzing a large amount of relevant information.It is found that there are some problems in the current program : first,the setting of the performance indicators is unreasonable;second,the program lack fairness;third,the results and the application are improper.The author makes in-depth thinking and analysis in optimizing the program.First,it emphasizes the selection of index and the setting of evaluation score;second,it sets up an incentive mechanism of administrators;third,it refers to the relevant system of State Grid to optimize the program.Through the optimization,the new program is expected to bring new ideas to the performance evaluation of the power supply station and provide reference for other power supply companies.
