Nowadays, with the continuous development of economy, people’s living standards improved continuously, and the social division of labor obviously refined. To vigorously develop the productive forces, all kinds of advanced technology will be used in all walks of life. In this context, the development of logistics and distribution is the inevitable trend of economic development in the future.Strongly driven by the market economy, the logistics distribution mode changed both in China and abroad. The logistics distribution mode integrated a variety of social resources; systematically optimized the transportation, warehouse management and distribution service network, and this mode gave full play to the economic advantages of the Internet, which formed a new development model for the logistics industry. As an important part in any logistics enterprise, the logistics distribution mode plays a very important role for the development and growth of the enterprise. It also has a significant influence on controlling cost and profit. In China, logistics enterprises distribution has become more multi-species, more multi-batch and less-bulk. This trend has made the enterprise logistics distribution problem more and more complex. How to effectively improve the efficiency of logistics and distribution enterprises is not only related to the cost reduction and efficiency promotion, but also directly related to the sustainable input of the required items and energy for enterprise to sustain the operation and the reasonable allocation of urban transportation resources. All these will directly impact the level of benign operation of both enterprises and the city.Firstly, this paper showed the basic theory of logistics distribution mode. Based on further research, this paper analyzed the existing problems of self-logistics distribution mode, such as self-logistics distribution service system being not perfect, s self-logistics distribution mode lacking of technology, self-logistics distribution route mode being not reasonable, the overall quality of the professional talents needing to be improved, the storage being not perfect, task of path selection being not reasonable, and the vehicle scheduling system being relatively backward,ect. As a result, this paper concluded that the key processes to optimize logistics distribution system includesstorage optimization, path selection optimization, vehicle scheduling system optimization, and showed how to all of those key processes. This paper showed the case Haier Company,Mengniu Company and XinxinCompany majoring in manufacturing aluminum products, which aimed at the defects in key processes to optimize upgrade the key processes of the logistics distribution system, and promoted the company in the field of logistics modernization, intelligent development. The corresponding optimization method can be used to provide reference for the similar enterprises to provide reference for the optimization of the self-logistics distribution mode, which has certain practical significance.Altogether, the results of this study not only contributed to a proprietary enterprise logistics distribution mode, but also to optimizing the operation and management of the model. By putting forward feasible technical solutions, this paper not only help the design scheme for enterprise logistics distribution mode, but also help enterprises further improve the efficiency of logistics and distribution, establish the benign development of logistics and distribution system, which ultimately reduced the total cost of logistics distribution and achieved a win-win.
