With the development of the national economic situation,the electric power energy structure continues to adjust and the national electric power reform continues to go deep.Due to the special nature of the traditional thermal power industry and the fuel structure,the performance evaluation system of the internal team needs to keep pace with The Times.By continuously optimizing the performance evaluation system for the first-line operation of thermal power and improving the current team performance management level,we can effectively improve the level of human resources development,fully tap the working potential of personnel and increase the overall competitiveness of the enterprise while undertaking the development strategy of the enterprise.In this paper,the power generation operation team of PC power plant is taken as the research object.Through questionnaire survey and on-site interview,the overall performance evaluation system of the operation team is understood.Although the superior to the performance evaluation system is established,but at the same time there are evaluation index structure unreasonable,not comprehensive,index weight,and insufficient incentive options appeal,evaluation feedback is not timely application,evaluate the results of a single,need from the team performance appraisal system,team performance evaluation,performance management process specifications and evaluation system of security solution.Aiming at the above problems,this paper recombines and optimizes the structure of monthly performance contract and annual performance evaluation system.Through team facing the internal and external environment and the nature of work itself analysis,a comprehensive selection of team performance evaluation index,introducing the theory of BSC and KPI performance management method,the typical jobs KPI evaluation index,evaluation of professional code of conduct,to optimize the additional add and subtract points project and weight design,selection and application of term on behalf of the post "long-term value" for example.The performance management process is further optimized and designed through four aspects: performance management organization and implementation optimization,performance evaluation data source optimization,performance feedback process improvement,and evaluation result optimization.Set up performance evaluation training system,performance management supervision group and performance management tracking mechanism to ensure that the performance evaluation work is perfect,and set up a performance evaluation system suitable for production and operation team.
