Since 1990s, research on the tea horse road culture has been the focus of academic circles. As the source of Hubei to Russian tea horse road, Yangloudong is rich in the tea horse road cultural resources, it is extensive content, and has great value in tourism development. But from the actual situation, the cultural resources have not played the value of Tourism. The main problem inciouds that:low cultural content of tourism product, single product system structure, and lack of characteristics, and so on. Above the status quo, studying on Yangloudong Tea Horse Road culture, can excavate its cultural connotation, and have a new understanding of the cultural value; studying on tourism product development, can increase the cultural content of tourism products, improve the quality of tourism products, and provide a reference on tea horse road cultural tourism product development.The study has a certain significance.This paper mainly studies the concept of culture and tourism products, tourism product spectrum and tourism product development and other related theories.The paper uses the method of literature research, field survey, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and so on. After that the paper firstly classify the resource evaluation of Yangloudong Tea Horse Road culture; and then creat the whole tourism product pedigree, finally design the tea horse road cultural tourism products of Yangloudong. But there are still shortcomings in this article:to refined and improved the culture needs; to optimize the construction of tourism product pedigree; and the text expression of tourism product design is limited. There is still room for improvement.The paper has five chapters:Chapter 1:Introduction, mainly introduces the background, significance, content, methods and related review of the research;Chapter 2:Theoretical basis. mainly introduces the concept of culture and tourism products, the construction of tourism product system, and the theoretical basis for the development of tourism products;Chapter 3:Analysis of cultural connotation. On the basis of Hubei to Russian tea horse road overview, from the material, system and spirit three layer, this paper classify Yangloudong Tea Horse Road Cultural, and detailed analysis of its cultural connotation. Finally, it carry on the cultural resources of quantitative and qualitative evaluation;Chapter 4:Tourism product development. Analyze the status of the development of the tourism products of Yangloudong, build the tourism product system, and finally design the cultural tourism products;Chapter 5:Epilogue. Summarize the content of the full text and put forward the deficiency of the article.
