Begins with the economic development and social progress, the competitive advantage of enterprises gradually from the traditional resources/financial advantage to the advantage of technology and management, cultural construction as the competitiveness of enterprises the most fundamental one of the factors, more and more attention to the various sectors of the society. Enterprise if you have excellent corporate culture can not only to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff fully, also can enhance the team’s ability to execute, and has an irreplaceable role in improving the operational efficiency of enterprises and promote enterprise’s benign development.Agriculture has always been the foundation of our national economy, and it is the first industry in our country. The 17th CPC National Congress pointed out:"adhere to the development of modern agriculture, the prosperity of the rural economy as a primary task, to strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure, improve the rural market and agricultural service system." The importance of visible agriculture, this paper to agricultural enterprises as the research object, in this paper the agricultural enterprises in Xiaoshan District as an example, using descriptive analysis, reliability and validity analysis/factor analysis and correlation analysis and hierarchical analysis method of agricultural enterprise culture and employee satisfaction relationship analysis, this study through factor analysis obtained four variables in this study, these four variables were fair and encouragement, innovation, management system, the cooperative, three dependent variables:reward and the future development, the self realization and interpersonal relationship. Then uses analytic hierarchy analysis method, carries on the analysis to the Xiaoshan District Agricultural corporate culture and employee satisfaction, draw the conclusion, for agricultural enterprises in Xiaoshan area and control agricultural enterprise culture of the main is to study the future development of agricultural enterprise employees and the self realization, the only agricultural enterprise employees in line with standards in order to achieve employee satisfaction. In this paper using a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of agricultural enterprise culture and employee satisfaction was used to analysis the relationship between previous literature rarely involved, with some reference value, hope to have a reference to the agricultural enterprises.
