Recently, in the development of the hotel, hotel industry has suffered frequentmovement of talents. Many Hotels are strongly aware that the competition of talentshas been a hot topic in this domain. In order to retain the talents, hotels have to stickto the talent-oriented concept and sustainable development. By strengthening theemployee's motivation and their satisfaction, the hotel can improve its production andmanagement and increase competitiveness. Therefore, the research in the reasons forpoor satisfaction of hotel staff, analyzing the loss of excellent employees, and workingout effective strategies has a realistic and practical influence on Dexing Hotel. How tomeasure and evaluate the degree of the job satisfaction of the staff has now becomethe essential task of human resources department.Based on the survey of the staff satisfaction in De Xing hotel of Changsha, thethesis sorts out all relevant material, analyzes the deep-rooted reasons for the lowsatisfaction from the following four aspects: the salary system, human resourcemanagement system, enterprise culture and crisis management system. What's more,according to its detailed investigation, the thesis puts forward some practical solutionsto improve the hotel management system, including effective recruitment,better salarymanagement system and human resources management system. Developing excellentculture is the soul and spiritual prop of hotel innovation and development. We persistin applying the scientific management, providing chances to study and develop for theemployee, which is a basic factor to increase employee satisfaction.
