Influencing Factor Analysis And Industry Evolution Research On Information Services Industry In Hangzhou

With the growing convergence with other industries, information service will promote the national production and consumption. In the context of China’s economic transformation, the development of information service industry has been paid more attention to and seen as an important force for the transformation.Based on the perspective of development, the thesis first puts forward the definition of information service industry. The second part is literature review on industrial evolution and factors of influence. The third part elaborates the development of information service industry in Hangzhou in five aspects:industrial scale, industrial structure, industrial environment, enterprises development and spatial structure. Fourthly, the thesis uses grey correlation analysis to define actual influencing factors on information services industry in Hangzhou, and figures out human resources factor and research and development factor have the most impact. Finally, based on the previous analysis, the thesis concludes three models:enterprise-led model, government-led model and combining of production, learning and research model, and the thesis shed light on the mechanism of the evolution of Hangzhou’s information service industry and develop a model to offer some policy suggestions.
