With the development of society and economy, tourism has become an important life activity of the people, As an important carrier of tourism, scenic spots have been paid more and more attention by the people. Scenic area is the essence of China’s vast land area, brings together many valuable natural and cultural landscape, according to the relevant information records, As of October 2012, China has set up a scenic area 962, a total area of about 197 thousand and 500-km, total land area 2.06%. Scenery scenic spot area is very rich in resources, a variety of types of landscape, the ecological environment is very fragile, damaged after it is difficult to restore. Therefore, we should protect scenic areas. With the rapid development of tourism, soil erosion and environmental pollution are becoming more and more obvious in the scenic area, In order to keep the sustainable development of the scenic area, it is important to study the ecological sensitivity of the scenic spot and to study the protection of the scenic spot.This article from the ecological point of view, the Lang Mountain scenic area of the relevant research, and then the protection and utilize of scenic area, By referring to the domestic and foreign research data, on site research, clear the main ecological problems faced in the study area, carries on the analysis to the ecological sensitivity in the scenic area based on ARCGIS technology, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Lang Mountain scenic area development, and then based on ecological sensitivity analysis results to the scenic spot of the protection and utilize zoning study. The results of this paper are as follows:1) first on the background, purpose and significance of this research is expounded, a comprehensive analysis of the related research situation at home and abroad, analyzed the status quo of the Lang Mountain Scenic Area, clear Lang Mountain Scenic Area in the presence of ecological and environmental problems, and then to the scenic area were ecological sensitivity analysis.2) combined with the actual situation and the scenic area of the data collected from the topography, natural conditions, habitat, landscape resources, from four aspects of elevation, slope, water and land properties, Jingyuan level,7 indicators of Danxia landform factors to construct Lang Mountain ecological sensitivity evaluation index system, using AHP to determine the weight of each index value, with the support of ARCGIS technology, through the analysis of ecological sensitivity weighted superposition of the Lang Mountain scenic area. The landscape will be divided into non sensitive area, slight sensitive area, moderate sensitive area, highly sensitive areas, five areas of extremely sensitive area, accounted for the whole study area of ecological sensitivity the higher the total area of 16.12%,14.81%,29.01%, 36.46%,3.60%., with moderate sensitive and high sensitive area.3) During the evaluation process, the weights of evaluation factor and the factors determining directly influence the analysis results, the rigor leads directly to the analysis of the results of scientific and accurate; the spatial analysis function of ARCGIS for the study on the ecological sensitivity analysis provides direct technical support.4) Through the SWOT analysis of the development of Lang Mountain scenic area, summed up the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of scenic spots, in-depth understanding of the status of the development of the study area, to provide a basis for the protection and utilize of the late Lang Mountain district.5) On the basis of the comprehensive study area of ecological sensitivity analysis, combined with the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the scenic area development of the region, the Lang Mountain Scenic distinguish key protected areas, A protected area, Two protected areas and Three protected areas four regional restrictions. World natural heritage core zone and high ecological sensitivity areas as key protection area, and areas of ecological sensitivity is very low as Three protected areas. Partition of scenic spot protection and utilize based on ecological sensitivity, of Lang Mountain Mountain scenic area were special protection plan, Mainly includes the Danxia geological protection, historical sites of cultural relics protection, protection of river water, biological diversity and natural protection class,road and traffic protection.6) By using the techniques of GIS of Lang Mountain were ecological sensitivity analysis, to partition on the protection and utilize of Lang Mountain, provide examples in order to scenic spots in our country development and protection and reference, so as to achieve the purpose of the scenic area sustainable development.
