Research On The Post Evaluation Of Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises Product R&D Project Management

The success of product R&D project of machinery manufacturing enterprises is the key to enterprise survival and development, high level of project management is an important way to help enterprises to improve the success rate of product development projects. In order to ensure the efficiency of this approach, forced the machinery manufacturing enterprises to continually analysis and evaluate the management of the product R&D project, then the enterprises could accurately position the actual level of its product research and development project management and project management work highlights and shortcomings, and made the enterprise project management improvement be targeted, so as to improve the level of enterprise project management. How to accurately measure the real level of enterprise’s own project management becomes a problem which needs to be solved urgently. Therefore to explore the product development project management post evaluation has important theoretical and practical significance for the mechanical manufacturing enterprise to improve the level of product development project management.In this paper, we first analyzed the characteristic of machinery manufacturing enterprises product R&D project post evaluation and the characteristic of its management, and studied project management post evaluation, and pointed out the features of mechanical product R&D project management and the difference between it and general project post evaluation, then laid the foundation for the construction of machinery manufacturing enterprises product R&D project management post evaluation index system and the realization of the post evaluation.Secondly, gave the construction process of mechanical manufacturing enterprise product R&D project management evaluation index system, analyzed and determined the content of product R&D project management post evaluation, and based on this, constructed the primary evaluation index system for machinery manufacturing enterprises product R&D project management process,Then, dealt with the indicators of the primary evaluation index, through the gray correlation analysis method, and improved the scientific and rigorous for the evaluation index system, in addition gave the application examples.Thirdly, based on the basic idea of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) quantitatively calculated the project management evaluation weights of the index system of the quantitative index and qualitative index, used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to achieve the quantitative evaluation of product R&D project management process, and made the evaluation results by numerical form display, then improved the quantify extent of the product R&D project management post evaluation, in addition gave the enterprise application example to illustrate the evaluation process.Finally, based on the above research, to overcome the current project management software in product R&D project management evaluation the flaw and the insufficiency, combining the functions and characteristics of Co-Plan4.0 in China Aerospace China Hoteam Software,improved the design of the original system, achieved the project management post evaluation of the related functions, and successfully applied to a mechanical manufacturing enterprise product development projects...
