Through accurately grasp the willingness of women in poor areas and influence factors, we can develop tourism poverty alleviation, promote local economic development, make more people benefit from it and eliminate poverty. This paper takes the DeE Town as a case. By means of literature review, questionnaire survey and interviews, the paper mainly wonders to understand the perceptions of female residents’ perceptions of tourism poverty alleviation effects. Firstly, using SPSS factor analysis, takes 22 items of perception condensed into 4 effect factors and 1 attitude factor. Under the different statistical characteristics of different population, compare the difference between women’s attitudes and perceptions. And then use the Pearson coefficient analysis to understand the relationship between the attitudes factors and effect factors. At the end of the paper, takes the effect factors and attitudes factors into logistic model as independent variables, and the willingness to participate as dependent variable. In the end we can certificate the relationship between intention and perception and attitude and the influencing factors of women participating in the pro-poor tourism behaviors. From the statistical data analysis we can know:the women in the DeE Town whose willingness of Participation in tourism have positive relationship with economic, social and cultural positive effect factors and attitude factors, and have negative relationship with social culture and environmental negative effect factors. Finally, according to the research results, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to DeE tourism development:increase government support, establishment of gender statistics index, pay attention to women’s perception and attitude towards tourism development, display the role of women, protect the traditional national culture, and protect the local ecological environment.
