A Study On The Perception And Participation Behavior Of Poor Residents In Pro-poor Tourism

In order to win the battle of poverty,all walks of life take various forms of poverty alleviation,compared with other methods,with its regional tourism,innovative,complex,growth and sustainability of market advantage,plays a significant role in poverty alleviation projects in our country,has gradually become an important channel of poverty alleviation of poverty area.As the direct interests of local tourism development stakeholders,the poor residents' perception of the benefits of tourism poverty alleviation will directly affect the participation and behavior of poor residents,further affect the tourism satisfaction and overall performance,is an important factor in assessing the performance of regional tourism development and poverty alleviation.Therefore,this study regards the poor residents as the starting point,on the basis of the study,including living cost perceptions?social costs perception?emotional benefit perceptions.material benefit perceptions perceived,poor family perception of tourism poverty alleviation and participation behavior theory model,in Hubei Province four in poor areas,filing riser family questionnaire data as the sample,analyzes the poor residents of the dimensions of tourism poverty alleviation,and the relationship between perception and participation behavior of empirical analysis,Finally we draw the following conclusions is:(1)The proposed 9 hypotheses,including the hypothesis 8,1 hypotheses were not supported.Emotional benefit perception,positive impact perception substantial benefit to poor households attitude and poor tourism participation have been verified,the cost of living of poor families perceived attitudes and tourism participation behavior were negative to influence,and social costs although to poor households attitude has a negative impact on poverty alleviation,but participation hypotheses are not appropriate support.(2)In all the influence factor,the perception of cost of living has the greatest impact on the attitude of poor residents and the behavior of poverty alleviation.The perception of material benefit has the least impact on the attitude of poor residents and the behavior of poverty alleviation.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,this article from the perfect participation mechanism of poverty alleviation,establish the interest distribution mechanism,promote green development concept,proposed the establishment of anti-poverty guarantee system,hope to improve the participation of poor people and enhance the benefits of poor residents,to ensure sustainable development of poverty alleviation,faster and better achieve the coordinated development of regional economy,and fully realize the concept of shared development.
