Relying on the development of non-leftover tourism industry to achieve poverty alleviation and enrichment is an important way out of poverty in areas where intangible tourism resources are endowment rich but relatively poor.In practice,the effect of poverty-stricken residents participating in insolvency in poverty alleviation can be achieved.Perceptions,participating attitudes,and participating behaviors get feedback.Some poverty-stricken areas in the process of poverty alleviation tourism indiscriminate tourism,the excessive pursuit of regional socio-economic development and neglect the benefits of the main body of poverty alleviation,which obviously does not meet the fundamental goal of intangible tourism poverty alleviation.In the early stages of poverty alleviation and development of intangible tourism,it is necessary for residents of deep poverty-stricken areas in southern Xinjiang to have an in-depth understanding of the positive and negative perceptions,participating attitudes,and participation behaviors of intangible tourism and the relationship between them and the relationship between them.The successful implementation of poverty alleviation in the destination country also has a very important role.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research results of poverty alleviation tourism development and related theories of indiscriminate tourism poverty alleviation,and discusses the participation of intangible cultural heritage tourism poverty alleviation,deep poverty areas,the perception of invisible effects of inactive tourism,and participation in poverty alleviation tourism.The concept was defined,and literature data,field interviews,and questionnaire surveys were used to collect relevant data and data.The present situation of the development of poverty and intangible tourism resources in the Kumukar Village,a deep poverty-stricken area in South China,is introduced in detail.The descriptive statistical analysis method is used to describe the residents of Kumukar Village in the deep poverty-stricken areas of southern Xinjiang.A static and dynamic statistical analysis of the perceptions of poverty alleviation effects,participation attitudes,and participation behaviors of intangible tourism is conducted,and the residents of Kumu Kusar village in the deep poverty-stricken areas are studied as objects of study.To build a structural equation model of the relationship among the residents' perceptions of poverty alleviation effects,participating attitudes,and participation behaviors,in order to reveal the impact of perceived poverty alleviation effects on residents' participation attitudes and participation behaviors in deep poverty-stricken areas.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: First,the residents of the poverty-stricken areas in southern Xinjiang have obtained certain development opportunities and benefits from the involuntary tourism poverty alleviation and development process,and the positive economic and socio-cultural effects of local residents on poverty alleviation tourism.And the perception of environmental effects is significant.Second,the positive perception of the intangible cultural heritage tourism poverty alleviation effect of local residents has a significant positive impact on the participation attitude and participation behavior of the intangible cultural heritage tourism poverty alleviation development;the local residents' negative perception of the intangible cultural heritage tourism poverty alleviation effect.The influence of residents' attitudes on participation is minimal;local residents' negative perception of the intangible cultural heritage tourism poverty alleviation effect has a significant positive impact on residents' participation behavior;local residents' participation in tourism in poverty alleviation and development of intangible cultural heritage participates in residents' participation behaviors.There is a significant positive effect.Thirdly,from the standardized path coefficients of the structural model,it can be found that residents' positive perceptions of the poverty reduction effect of intangible tourism have the greatest impact on participation in the poverty alleviation development of intangible tourism,and residents' participation in the tourism poverty alleviation effect on intangible tourism.The impact of poverty alleviation participation is secondary,and residents' negative perception of the effect of poverty reduction on intangible tourism has the least impact on participation behaviors of intangible tourism poverty alleviation.Finally,according to the results of this study,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.The significance of this study lies in the deep analysis of the perception of poverty alleviation effects of intangible tourism from the perspective of the poor population,which is conducive to the promotion of poverty-stricken residents in poor areas in southern Xinjiang participating in intangible tourism and poverty alleviation.Provide decision-making basis for the government's current poverty alleviation.
