Internet marketing is the age of the current trend and unstoppable. It brings the revolution of science and technology, make the world industrial structure change dramatically and is sweeping the world, but the Internet marketing success to some extent determines the enterprise’s development direction and planning.Traditional manufacturing has started to Internet marketing as an important part of the company development strategy. A Bath-Lift company as the old bath aid as a representative of the British traditional small and medium-sized enterprises manufacturers, since it was founded in 1993, has a history more than 20 years, in order to get more users, and set up the famous brand, for the purpose of marketing strategy is from the traditional phone to the Internet marketing model transformation. Although the enterprise has a certain economic strength and rich experience in telephone sales, we still have still a great challenge on Internet marketing sales.In this paper, we taking Bath-lift company how to innovative Internet+marketing strategy to deal with the change of the market as the theme, guided by the strategic management theory, using PEST analysis of the external environment faced by enterprise development, using the Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model analysis the development of the enterprise internal environment and their own conditions. Combined with the external environment and its key factors, build the SWOT matrix, analysis in the opportunities and challenges, choose suitable Bath-lift the company’s marketing strategy model, to develop a Bath-lift the company’s marketing strategy model diagram, and put forward the marketing strategy guarantee measures, so as to reduce the Bath-lift company operating costs, and utilize existing resources to create customer centric "Internet+" new marketing pattern, increase bath aid equipment sales in the European market share, bring new vitality for the development of the company, achieve the goal of win-win customers and the company. Also expect this research results to Bath-lift company+Internet marketing model provide a new way of thinking.
