In the current setting of economic-globalization, the Chinese automotive industry has made a great progress, at the same time, it is also getting very competitive as more and more players enter the industry. JIT Production system undoubtedly is a best choice for the requirement of management in most automotive manufacturing enterprises, to achieve the goal of reducing parts cost and stocks, improving the production efficiency and product quality. The automotive parts are related to the survival and development of manufacturing enterprises. The innovation of parts is the power to keep sustainable development of automotive industry.All the time, automobile logistics industry international generally acknowledged most complicated, most professional manor, counterpart of logistics. It is made of supply logistics, production logistics, sales logistics and returned logistics. As the source of the whole logistics system, the auto parts supply logistics is very important. Not only related to the cost and quality of automobile, but it also affect the production and sales, finally gets a great influence in competition of auto manufacturing enterprises. With large amount of suppliers and automobile parts, how to design and organize a efficiency operation model of supply logistics is the important topic on improving competition ability. This study goal is breaching the current management model and develops actively modern logistics service, in order to reduce the cost and stocks, promote the efficiency and level of logistics service. But the prerequisite is that auto production line of JIT supply keeps running normally.This paper analyzes the subject of automotive parts supply logistics, and further points out the important role of Third-Part Logistics. The subject of TPL is evaluated by the multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. Auto parts should be classified to different group, in this way, every group will adjust to the right operation model and delivery. The following introduce the operation process of milk-run. Mathematical Model is built to optimize the milk-run system. Using the improved Genetic Algorithms solve the mathematical model. Through the specific case, the paper apply the related theories before to practice of auto parts logistics operation. After that through programme software optimize operation model of auto parts supply logistics. By combining theory discussion and practical development means and qualitative and quantitative method, the paper does the entire analysis and research of auto parts supply logistics.
