Financial Support For Processing Of Agricultural Products Industry In Yunnan

As a sunrise industry, agricultural products processing industry has played a significant role in extending the industrial chain of agriculture, employment and benefit chain,etc. With the development of economy and society, the role of agro-industries have been more and more prominent in promoting agricultural and rural economic development. In order to better adapt to the development of market and industrial, agro-processing companies need extensive and effective financial support. Through the mutual promotion and cooperation in financial industry and agro-industry, it could introduce more funds to invest in agro-industry. This paper use the financial support of agro-industries development in Yunnan Province as the research object, to discuss how to improve the capital and financial services to agro-industrial development, and ensure the need of funds that agricultural products processing enterprises operating in the process, therefore, accelerate the step of the initial processing of agro-industrual to deep processing.This paper is based on the literature review abroad, first of all, define the concepts of the agro-industrial and financial support, discussed the mechanisms of action of inancial support to agro-industrial development,, and then analyze the status quo of financial support for agro-industrial development in Yunnan from the marketing financial and policy financial perspectives. Secondly, to build Yunnan agro-industry financial support model, and select the two financial scale and financial efficiency indicators, analyze agro-industries and financial support for the relevance of empirical analysis.Finally, after a combination of theoretical and empirical analysis previously, for agro-industrial development process’s insufficient financial support, this paper is based on strengthening the market-based financial support, policy guidance supplemented by financial support, to improve the financial environment and improve their own on the promotion of agro-industry in Yunnan Province development Strategy recommendations capability.Through theoretical and empirical analysis, we can draw the following conclusions: Firstly, the financial support of the market can be divided into financial support and policy financial support in two ways, both ways for the development of agro-industries have the promotion of effect. Secondly, there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between the development of agro-industry and the scale of financial, efficient financial in Yunnan Province, and emerged as a positive correlation. Thirdly, Yunnan agro-industrial development and financial support is a unidirectional causal relationship to expand and improve the financial efficiency of the financial scale can effectively promote the development of agro-industry; however, the development of agricultural product processing industry to promote the role of the financial sector is not obvious. Therefore Yunnan need to further strengthen the financial support of the efforts to continuously enhance the strength of the agricultural products processing enterprises, in order to accelerate the achievement of financial support for industrial development, finance industry driven positive interaction.
