The Sustainable Development Research Of Yuan Yang Hani Terraced Fields Culture Tourism

In the 20th century, cultural industry has became a core element to realize the national cultural soft power strategy, cultural tourism’s role has been highlighted as an approach to enhance the endogenous power of cultural industry,cultural tourism industry faced with the unprecedented opportunity. Yuanyang Hani terraced fields is a miracle in the history of Chinese agriculture, the wise Hani people has used the natural heritage to build ecosystem with forest, village, terraced fields and river, terrace is not only the guarantee of their life, but also the source of the Hani ethnic culture,Yuanyang Hani terrace develop cultural tourism has a unique advantage. Thus,the local government has turned the economic development direction,and has focused on development of cultural tourism.They signed a 50 years of cooperation agreement with Kunming world expo group in 2008,so under the auspices of the government and enterprises,them trying to connect the Hani terraced fields,the particular farming culture, with the tourists’ space and time who stroll in Yuan Yang for relaxing,and has been tried to build a sustainable development for the local cultural tourism industry.However, the development of cultural tourism in Yuanyang Hani terrace is not optimistic. As a cultural tourism products Yuanyang Hani Terrace exists many problems.such as it’s single product supply, easily restricted by season, traditional farming faced with challenges,the infrastructure and the talent are shortage;the mutual conflict fact that Yuanyang Hani terrace’s protection with the the cultural tourism exploitation.the benefit distribution of the stakeholders such as the government, enterprises and the villagers,as well as the asymmetry discourse power between them.the existence of such problems is a key factor that restricts the sustainable development of Hani terraced fields. Therefore, Yuanyang Hani terrace’s owner must be aware of these existing problems,then the sustainable development of cultural tourism could be possible. This paper attempts to analysis the node of this related problems and the stakeholders’ need during the process of the tourism development of Yuanyang Hani terrace culture,Tourism development should be based on the theory of sustainable development,and suit the remedy to the case, We maintain that when developing the cultural resource of the Yuanyang terrace,it should allocate the cultural tourism resources rationally, protect the Hani culture and natural ecological environment, explore to establishing the favorable mutual mechanism between the government, enterprises,the villagers and keep the balance of each other,Finally this paper is about to advance countermeasures and suggestions to make some contribution to protect the Yuanyang Hani terrace-The World Heritage.
