In a rapidly changing business world, every business organization are facing a variety of challenges.During this process,the rapid response to environmental changes is very necessary for enterprises to have long time success.Business model is so important for the enterprise that a good business model can help organization have long-term survival and development.The evolution of the business model, is also the process that enterprises explore way to adapt the changing outside environment. During the evolution, business organization are facing very different outside and inside condition,such as the organizational structure,information systems,operational processes, etc.This paper is based on theory of business model container,we first study the evolution of business model,this is a long process that include four periods,time of incubation,growth, maturity and continuous learning four main phases.Then, depending on the characteristics of four stages of growth, examining which roles organizational leaders played in each evolutionary stage and what leadership qualities they should have.We also study the difference between these leadership styles.In actual business practice, due to internal and external factors as well as the leaders of their own limitations, there are some differences between the ideal leadership style and leader behavior shown by the actual practice.Due to these difference,causing a series of conflicts,these conflicts are resulted from many factors,mainly the the organizational structure and team conflicts.After analyzing the factors that caused the conflict, according to the relevant enterprise adaption theory,we put up some strategies and methods to help organization better adapt the business model development and evolution.The results are as follows.First, the evolution process of the business model which starts from scratch is inspected. The process is divided into four stages:incubation period, growth period, maturation period and continuous learning period. Second, the ideal leadership style of each stage is proposed according to the different characteristics and requirements of the four stages. Then, the leader’s leadership tasks and leadership roles of each stage are analyzed and summarized. Meanwhile, the differences and characteristics between leadership styles of different stages are compared. At last, the conflict types and properties between the actual leadership style and ideal leadership style are summarized through the inspection of leadership behaviors and characteristics of business model evolution process.Third,according to the relevant enterprise adaption theory,summarize some strategies and methods to deal with the conflicts and adapt the business model development.
