In the increasingly fierce competition of the globalization era, companies seek to keep vitality, enhance core competitiveness, must fully tap the human resources. As a new power in the workplace, new generation employees not only in the release of passion and power, brought vitality to the enterprise, but also create value for the enterprise, thus thembecome an indispensable important part of the enterprise. At the same time, they are a different generation, them love life and freedom, and at the same time have a strong sense of themself, their team consciousness is weak and them have poor compression capability, which make the enterprise in the conflict increased obviously. Managers, therefore, how to effectively manage this group as a new subject. The study about enterprise management is to focus on how can reduce and control the new generation staff conflict, and whether the new generation staff conflict will vary because of the style of leadership, which is this article focus of concern.Based on new generation employees as the research object, To study the influence of the leadership style on the conflict of employees in a specific group. The results show that the leadership style to the new generation employees conflicts have a significant impact, in order to analyze more clearly between leadership style and employee conflict variables influence mechanism, this paper further USES correlation analysis and regression analysis method, the results obtained in the team communication between transformational leadership and the new generation employees play an intermediary role conflict.Study the following conclusions:(1) the transformational leadership style to the new generation employees task conflict has a significant positive correlation, and the new generation employees has significant negative relationship between relationship conflict.(2) the transformational leadership style on team communication has significant positive correlation, has significant negative phase relation of team communication.(3) team communication and new generation has significant positive relationship between employee task conflict, conflict with new generation employee relations has significant negative phase relationship.(4) team communication in the transformational leadership style and the new generation staff conflict has a mediating role in our relationship.On this basis, to improve employee relations, raise the quality of management as the goal, put forward the shift leader style itself, the correct view of conflict.
