Energy saving and environmental protection has become an international trend, increasing only energy saving efforts in the future in order to survive competition, the development of the upper hand. With the development of the competitive landscape changes and competitive factors, the company’s existing competitive advantage is constantly eroded, the durability is not available. Market is the survival of the soil, competitive advantage is the comprehensive enterprise market competitiveness. The product is connected to a bridge between enterprises and customers, product competitiveness is the external manifestation of competitive advantage.The purpose of this paper is through the system analysis and comprehensive study on the advantages and disadvantages of the waste heat power generation enterprises NKK Co. in waste heat power generation market, energy saving and environmental protection in the market competition of the products, and puts forward NKK products in the energy-saving environmental protection market competition strategy selection and implementation of the program, to improve the NKK Co. in the waste heat power generation market competitiveness of products.This paper on the theory of competitive products as a guide, combined with the actual situation in NKK Co. of waste heat power generation market competition, starting from two aspects of theoretical analysis and practical application, in-depth analysis of the NKK Co. of waste heat power generation market competition facing the challenges and problems. In this paper, we propose the improve NKK products competitiveness measures, starting from enterprises to adjust the industrial layout, improve management capabilities, product innovation, marketing innovation ability and, to promote the transformation of company business structure, through the push of brand formed strategic business, establish company’s product innovation system and efficient product competition strategy, to ensure that the company is continuing to seize the emerging environmental protection market and consolidate the unique ability of the stock market.In this paper, from the perspective of waste heat power generation enterprises in China, enterprises in the energy-saving environment-friendly subdivision market, waste heat power generation market competition strategies of products were analysis and research, has the theoretical and practical research in the innovation, will of the majority of enterprises of the waste heat power generation industry has great reference significance and reference value.
