The energy intensive product is one of the basic industrial products in China,and the key of implementing the strategy of industrial circular economy.The fundamental of operating a product circular economy system is to increase the value flow which means improving the circular economy synergy effect and comprehensive benefits of a product.Energy intensive products are the key to promote energy saving and emission reduction(ESER)strategy in China.It is necessary to study the synergy effect of the value flow and the construction of ESER system.Based on synergy perspective,this paper puts forward the views of product ESER system and synergy effect.The ESER system will be divided into three parts:the production process organization system,technology system and management system;builds the synergy effect model of the process organization system,the technology system and the management system,the synergy effect model of the ESER system,and the value flow evaluation model of the ESER system based on value flow and euclidean space coordinate system analysis method,With the example of an energy intensive product,the build model is used to analyze and calculate the synergy effect under two kinds of situation of synergy production and un-synergy production,and the synergy effect of the product technology system and the management system.The results show that the above model can reflect the value-added status of the green production process,and provide a theoretical and practical method for the further study on the circular economy construction of energy intensive products.
