Study On Consumption Structure Of Rural Residents In Hinggan League

As one of the three driving forces of economy development, Consumption plays an important role in the growth of national economy, it is an important part of social production, and also the final link of the society circulation. Consumption growth can not only increase production value, but also promote employment, it is one of the essential parts of social production and national lives. In recent years, consumption became more and more important in the growth of national economy, reasonable consumption structure has become a measure of national economic development.People’s living standard, especially rural residents’living standard, directly reflects the consumption level of countries and regions, which is why peasant’s consumption draws more and more attention. Therefore, the study of peasant’s consumption level is very significant.This article studied consumption structure of peasants from Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia, by use of comparative analysis, descriptive statistics, and field research methods, analyzed change tendency of their consumption structure based at consumer spending date from year 2000 to 2014. It selected Horqin Right Wing Front Banner, Hinggan League as a sample, investigated the local residents’consumption level, analyzed influencing factor and problems found in consumption, Found that the region’s major consumer groups left behind women, children and the elderly, which also contributed to the low consumption level of rural residents, consumption structure is irrational factors, combined with the actual situation of the local status of the consumption structure of rural residents and rural residents’ income expenditure, made suggestions about how to rationalize their consumption structure.
