Research On The Development Of Qinghai Halal Industry From The Perspective Of “The Belt And Road”

Vision and Actions on Jointly Building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-century Maritime Silk Road specifically targeted to take use of Qinghai Nationalities cultural advantages, make Xining opening and developing quickly. Qinghai Halal industry which is full of ethnic characteristics is an important industry, depending on traffic conditions and cultural exchanges. Develop Qinghai Halal industry will be good to increase grade total value, make Qinghai be more opening and quickly to take part in "B&R". Therefore, in the condition of grasping "B&R" as a chance, how to adjust development plan, break area limitation, going out to the world are main contents of Qinghai Halal industry. So, this paper summarizes history and present situation of Qinghai Halal industry, analyzes conditions changes after "B&R" proposed, thinks Qinghai Halal industry need to grasp this chance and learn from successful cases of domestic and foreign Halal industry, finally proposes developing ideas and paths of Qinghai Halal industry. Hope what I advise is helpful for the development of Qinghai Halal industry.This paper summarizes history of Qinghai Halal industry and learns from successful cases of domestic and foreign Halal industry by using Documentary Research Methods. And this paper reorganizes present situation and finds disadvantages of Qinghai Halal industry by using Social Survey Method. This paper uses Statistical Analysis Methods showing all data to make it more rational. Meanwhile, this paper uses SWOT Method analyzing the conditions changes after "B&R" proposed. And finally we can draw conclusions:(1) Qinghai Halal industry has long history, good prospects and need to grasp "B&R".(2) Following "B&R",Qinghai Halal industry need to use national culture to strengthen its advantages. Based on avoiding financial and international trade risks, Qinghai Halal industry will aim at internationalization.(3) Eventually, Qinghai Halal industry development make use of national origin, realizing national communication driven cultural exchanges, economic exchanges,depends on Qinghai Tibet plateau ecological construction developing unique Halal industry,and uses Internet expanding spaces for development, realizing internationalization development.I hope what I analyze and conclude can provide gist for the development of Qinghai Halal industry, can be helpful in pulling foreign trade and economic growth by the national characteristic industries in the ethnic minority areas, and can be useful in Qinghai opening and economic developing.
