Research On Photovoltaic Corporate Development Strategy Of-Taking A Company For Example

As newly and renewable clean energy, the photovoltaic power generation is of great significance. How to remove the barriers in this industry has become the hot issues to be discussed by the experts and scholars. At present, Chinese solar photovoltaic industry develops powerfully. The solar photovoltaic industry group has been primarily established and continuously developed, which mainly includes the production of solar crystalline silicon, solar cell and photovoltaic construction module. This paper analyzes the current situation of A company in photovoltaic industry; next, it combines the current situation of the whole system of photovoltaic power generation and researches the internal and external environment of A company; then, it finds the problems and causes of A company; finally, it proposes measures and suggestions on the development strategy for A company.This paper firstly introduces the concept, contents and relevant theories of corporate strategy management; next, it analyzes the current development situation and internal and external environment of A company by SWOT method. In this paper, the author systematically analyzes A company’s strategies, development strategy selections of whole business, development strategies of different business systems and commercial mode changes; finally, the author proposes the following measures and suggestions on the development strategy for A company:optimize organizational structure, strengthen human resource management, segment markets, refine marketing, intensify credit construction, improve financing capacity, innovate technology research and development, create corporate culture and enhance brand influence. This paper aims to provide good references for the development strategy of photovoltaic companies.
