| In view of strategic management theory, this paper is based on Chinese stone network, China Stone Association, China Industrial Information Network and enterprises official website statistics, and combined with web crawlers to collect basic situation of corporate self-built stone site, utilizing the third platform as well as relevant business information. The paper use PEST model and Porter’s five forces model to understand the industry, also combined with the development of stone industry to analyzes the current development strategy from the perspective of the whole industry, in order to improve the integral competition level of Chinese stone e-commerce.This paper includes the following six sections:Chapter one is introduction. It mainly describes the background and significance of this paper, summarizes the relevant research status and the research methods, while clears the research features and innovations.Chapter two is the market situation of stone e-commerce and the need to develop e-commerce.
