Study On The Present Situation And Upgrading Strategy Of Huian Stone Industry Cluster

When the development of industrial clusters to a certain stage,the enterprises inthe cluster will gradually form a non-protocol convergence of the product type,production technology, management system, operation mode. With the various factorsof the internal and external environment changing and developing, Huian stoneindustry cluster as a pillar of the local industry, are facing various of internal andexternal development dilemma, such as shrinking international market, similarcompetitors catch up, the cluster unreasonable product structure, lacking of laborforce, especially the technical talent, traditional management mode lag and so on.Therefore, how to break through the bottleneck of the development, collaborativecluster of parties inside and outside resources, to achieve the re-growth transformationof the industry, is the key issues that must attach importance to resolve.In this paper, on the basis of domestic and foreign industrial clusterstransformation and upgrading of relevant theory to summarize and grasp, combinedwith the course of development of the stone industry cluster in Huian and layoutfeatures of quantitative research and qualitative research, On the one hand, the authoruse a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews among the stone enterprises fromHoi An, government officials, industry organizations, members of the tripartite tofully understand the current stage of development of the stone industry cluster. On theother hand, the author combine PEST analysis, industry cluster life cycle theory,"smile curve" theory of transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters, in-depthanalysis of the necessity and urgency of Huian carving industrial transformation andupgrading.Then put forward the dynamic upgrade path model of corporate,government, multi-industry association synergy with each other, to establish arelatively stable collaborative environment to promote the transformation andupgrading of the whole cluster of technological innovation, cultural promotion andmarket development goals in Huian stone industry cluster.
