This is of vital significance for seeking and building its competitiveness.According to the theories of competitiveness of enterprises, based on the uniqueness of Xinyang Cogeneration Power Limited Company which is different from its peers, factors influencing its competitiveness are analyzed in accordance with the definition. After that, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to select proper principles according to the indicators and settle their weights respectively so as to build the assessing system of competitiveness of Xinyang Cogeneration Power. Finally, entropy weight method, gray relative analysis method and data envelopment analysis method are applied to give a comprehensive assessment so as to provide suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of Xinyang Cogeneration Power.
