In recent years, the domestic economic slowdown, increasing pressure on energy conservation, declining coal industry boom, the downstream demand weakened coal enterprises, coal prices continued to fall, the coal industry to increase downstream pressure on the stock, future coal market to stock difficult and long road for coal mining, washing, and other enterprises have also been varying degrees of impact. Dadi (Tianjin) coal preparation enterprise management company (hereinafter referred to as the Dadi company) is a coal washing and labor export company, has been a great impact of the current serious situation, coupled with the low level of business management, human resources concept behind the system unsound other issues, resulting in inefficient human resource management, employee performance evaluation and incentive mechanism useless.In the company’s rapid development needs and strategies, the company’s existing reserves of human resources and simple training, has been unable to meet the changing needs of the market and business development strategies. Enterprises in order to win in the competition, we must vigorously develop human resources, and strive to improve the overall quality of staff, strengthen employee performance appraisal. Therefore, according to the actual situation of human resources, to analyze and design a relatively modest staff training system to enable enterprises to gain a foothold in the harsh competition in the market, it is the real key.In this paper, at home and abroad staff training scientific theories, particularly the use of interviews, questionnaires, access to information and data statistics, status of staff training Dadi company conducted a survey and analysis to identify the current lack of staff training and insufficient, according to the actual situation of enterprises, the staff training needs analysis, training management using scientific theories, learn from the successful experience of the relevant enterprises and institutions, and build depth staff training system, on this basis, determine the Dadi company staff training objectives, establish staff training organizations, the development of new employee training, production training and management training curriculum, to develop a practical implementation plan and impact assessment program, formed a relatively complete system of staff training. Further to the implementation of the security conditions and training system from four aspects training environment, teachers, training systems and training funds are discussed, and strive to ensure that the training system design scientific, rigorous, practical, feasible and can be most effectively improve staff quality, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and promote sustainable development.
