Staff training is an important part of enterprise human resource management,and it is an important guarantee for the enterprise development strategy to be implemented well.The training of junior staff has a very important strategic significance in enterprise management activities.As a labor-intensive production enterprises,leaders in Handan Jinyu Taihang Cement Co.Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as A company)attach great importance to the training of the employees,but there are still many problems for the junior staff training work,and there is still much room to improve training effect.Based on this,firstly,related theories of the staff training are reviewed,comprehensively using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of A company's staff training system,aiming at some problems in the training sysytem,such as single training methods,training needs survey is not comprehensive,lack of the evaluation of training effect and other issues,combined with the development of the company's strategy,this paper puts forward the optimized design scheme of junior staff training system,and redesigns practical,feasible and operable junior staff training system,including training needs analysis,training plan formulation,training plan implementation and training effect evaluation.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the A company staff training system,this paper also puts forward some safeguards.In this paper,junior staff training system is constructed,which is consistent with the actual situation,and has a strong guiding role for staff trainning of A company,especially for junior staff training in A company,and provides guarantee for the human resources quality and competitiveness of A company comprehensively.In addition,the research object of this paper is A company,which is a typical enterprise of the cement industry,and has the industry representative.Therefore,this paper designs junior staff training system,which provides a reference for the same kind of cement enterprises to build staff training system.
