| With the development of economy, more and more enterprises recognize the importance of employee behavior. In the early stage, there are many scholars put forward the out-role employee behavior will affect the performance of employees. This paper through to the domestic out-role behaviors, will be divided into two aspects of constructive organizational behavior and destructive organizational behavior, from the perspective of the role of staff to sum up the role of the model to build a model. We using questionnaire investigation which designed of ningxia university professor yong shaohong to investigate PICC’s employees. And using the spss software of the factor method to analyze the questionnaire. On the analysis of the questionnaire divides in 101 questions summarized as a factor of 18,11 factors of constructive organizational behavior:voice behavior, collective consciousness and take care of organization, loyalty to the organization, working enthusiasm, self promotion, relationship performance, proactive, detail oriented, willing to sacrifice, maintenance customers;7 factors of destructive organizational behavior:violations, slack, silence behavior negative treat company improvement, ignoring the interests of the company, jobbery, egoism. Finally through the analysis of the results of the company recommendations, so as to encourage the organization behavior, to prevent the loss of organizational behavior, for managers in the formulation of policies and daily behavior consciously guide the staff to improve employee enthusiasm, to provide theory and practice model. |
