Ningxia located inland, "no border" "do not rely on the sea", economic underdevelopment, less of population, these become the deep-rooted problems of its development. So, the government of the Ningxia autonomous region to promote the construction of inland open economic zone, participate in the "One Belt and One Road", speed up the open construction of Ningxia, and the construction of the Silk Road by Air; As the only trunk airport in Ningxia, Yinchuan airport have a long way to go. In recent years, with the Yinchuan airport passengers throughput capacity exceeded 5million, entered the ranks of the national large and medium-sized airport, the challenges which restrict the development of the aviation industry factors exist for a long time is more and more obvious, the advantages which support the rapid development of the factors by gradually weakened. Yinchuan airport aviation industry is facing three key issues:firstly, how to integrate the internal advantages and resources effectively. Secondly, what kind of strategy to take to tap the surrounding customer supply. Thirdly, how to develop the unique Airline flights.In this paper, based on the research of civil aviation and the actual conditions, the writer fully analyzed the internal and external environment of Yinchuan airport aviation, and puts forward the strategic choice of airport industry development, indicate the strategic goals and specific measures of Yinchuan airport aviation. Through the study of strategy of Yinchuan airport aviation, the writer hope that can help the airport to build a regional and the Arab region hub, and provide a reference for the medium-sized airport aviation industry development.
