Under the development of rapid globalization and marketization, the core question of competition for different industries and enterprises is talent. The modernization of Human Resource Management needs advanced concept, advanced tools and even more excellent talents. And the questions of how to make the talent work in the enterprises where they are trained and to prevent talent loss become the focus for the human resource managers. The answers to these questions enhance the core competitive.This study is carried out about brain drain of Qinghai plateau airport and the research is divided into five chapters. The first chapter presents the research background, significance, methodology and what to be investigated as well as main contributions of the research. The second chapter refers to literature review expounding relative theory of the definition of the definition of talent, brain drain, reason and the main influence factors of the brain drain as well as basic theory and the classical model. And this chapter provides theoretical support for the study. The third chapter is the empirical study. A brief introduction to the Qinghai feeder airports airport company profiles and the present situation of human resources, and through the analysis of questionnaire survey and the loss of data, from two aspects of individual characteristics and environmental variables, system analysis the characteristics of the feeder airports brain drain, trends and main reasons. Countermeasures and Suggestions in the fourth chapter in view of the research conclusion shows the problems and reasons, put forward the targeted countermeasures and methods for the company. The fifth chapter as the conclusions is the summary of this research, at the same time points out the shortage of research and its prospect.Under the background of development of the civil aviation industry in China, this study is carried out by focusing on talent loss of Qinghai plateau regional airport. This study delve into the influencing factors, trends and characteristic of regional airport via designing questionnaires upon the loss tendency of regional airport staff with data recent4years. Based on these, according to the actual regional airport, some improved measures, countermeasures and suggestion are expected to be found from three perspectives of the culture concept level, management level, system level hoping to effectively alleviate the negative effects of talent loss on the company. This study does more comprehensive analysis of talent loss existing in the regional airport, and it is helpful to improve the management and spur the human resource strategy management.
