The Research And Application Of Asset Lean Management Base On ERP System

As China’s economic transformation and the further opening of the market, the competition between the enterprises become more intense, how to further improve the economic benefits of enterprises, improve the competitiveness of the enterprise, is a problem that every enterprise leader is very concerned. In asset intensive enterprises, improving the reliability of equipment, reducing the unplanned downtime, improving the comprehensive efficiency of the equipment, implementing the lean management, and promoting enterprise’s competitiveness and economic efficiency is an important way, but many leader of enterprises have not realized it. ERP is a kind of high efficient management thinking, a kind of management methodology based on the information technology, And how to implement the lean management of equipment based on ERP system is the key problem to be solved in this paper.At first, this paper studies the concept and theory of ERP, the important theory of equipment management and the theory of the lean management. Then it analyzes the current situation of traditional enterprise in the equipment management as well as the existence deficiency based on business requirements of domestic industries. According to these deficiencies this paper has set the goals of the equipment lean management, And then this paper puts forward the general schemes and detailed scheme about equipment lean management based on ERP system. It contains four aspects of the lean management solution that is asset file, daily operation, equipment maintenance and repair, performance assessment and decision-making. Furthermore, according to the current technology of mobile Internet, internet of things and other advanced technology, this paper focuses on equipment management through mobile and intelligent method, such as mobile phone, PDA and other tools. It can achieve data entering in the process of the operation, staff monitoring, and business processes through mobile devices instead of PCs. Finally, on the basis of the theoretical study and detailed scheme of the lean management, this paper chooses a cement industry as a research prototype to research the application effect, and establishes an evaluation model of application, it has validated the ERP system has great promotion for the lean management effect of the enterprise. The equipment lean management based on ERP system and the evaluation model have important reference significance for other enterprises.Through the study and research of the above,I believe that the equipment lean management based on ERP system will be able to bring great progress to the enterprise management, help enterprises to promote management objectives and management system, which will help enterprises to improve equipment management level, reduce equipment unplanned downtime, improve overall equipment effectiveness, reduce the cost of operation and maintenance, prompte the development in the direction of the equipment lean management, and ultimately improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
