Application Research On Production Management System Of Shizuishan Power Supply Company Based On ERP

Production management is a necessary condition for the operation and development of modern electric power enterprises,and it is also the premise and basis of other management.The production management system has become an important means of advanced electric power enterprises to realize information management,to manage the whole process of power system,a full range of transmission,transformation and distribution of production processes,to create an atmosphere of the work of production safety,reduce waste and improve efficiency,realize the safety management of electric power enterprises,promote the effcient development of enterprises.Shizuishan power supply company in 2008 began to implement the "SG186" project,has built a safe and stable integration of enterprise information platform,built to adapt to the requirements of the company's modern management of eight business applications,production management system is one of them.The background of this paper is the application of the production management system of Shizuishan power supply company,according to the production management of Shizuishan power supply company,through studying the production management system of domestic and foreign advanced ideas and ERP and production management system,the construction of electric power production management system of the carrier,equipment management as the core,for the soul and the business planning process reengineering the main line,with production management as the target by spatial data,and a detailed description of the functions of the business management category,system implementation,data architecture,technical architecture and security system.This paper is based on the ERP management system,aiming at the application of the production management system of Shizuishan power supply company(PMS1.0)to improve the existing problems,the construction of production management system for lean production management of Shizuishan power supply company meeting(PMS2.0).At present,the operation of the system in Shizuishan power supply company is in good condition.Through the improvement of the production management system,not only improve the management efficiency of enterprises,but also to a certain extent,further realize the power production business informatization,standardization and laid a solid foundation for the enterprise to wisdom this higher targets.
