In the context of global warming,increased pollution and increasingly tense energy situation,the development of low-carbon,clean,sustainable energy has become a topic of the world's countries.China has the world's third largest land and the fourth long coastline,onshore wind energy and offshore wind energy are very rich,the development of wind power technology is suitable for China's national conditions,it has important strategic significance for China to achieve sustainable development and ensure national energy security.China's wind power policies in recent years promote the development of China's wind power more quickly."13th Five-Year Plan" made it clear to spare no effort to vigorously develop wind power and other clean energy by 2020,wind power installed capacity of more than 200 million kilowatts,the scale of power than 2015 to double,but the cost of wind power is still a large space,Which restricts the development of China's wind power industry.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the cost of wind power generation in China,to study the factors that influence the cost of wind power generation,and to find ways to reduce the cost of wind power generation,and to promote China's wind power development.Based on the LCOE cost analysis method,the model of six wind power bases was selected,and the model of wind power LCOE cost was established.The actual cost of LCOE was about 0.5263 yuan,which was relatively large.The annual electricity consumption,capital costs and wind power equipment and installation costs,the three accounted for more than 85%.In addition,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the cost of wind power LCOE in China,and the factors that have the greatest sensitivity and sensitivity to the electricity consumption in China are the annual electricity consumption,capital cost,wind power equipment and installation cost.The This paper puts forward some suggestions to reduce the cost of wind power LCOE,which is the most important three factors that affect the cost of wind power LCOE,namely wind power equipment and installation cost,capital cost and annual electricity consumption.The innovation of this paper is to introduce the international wind power cost research method-LCOE cost analysis method,supplement the domestic wind power cost research theory,and combine China's specific wind farm case to reduce the cost of wind power in China in both macro and micro aspects Of the analysis of wind power enterprises also have a certain guiding role.
