Inventory control problem has many differences between supply chain environment and traditional way. These differences reflect the impact of supply chain management to inventory. The traditional enterprise inventory control strategies are based on the optimal inventory cost of a single enterprise. Enterprises only pursue their own local interests. Enterprises make decisions individually, there is no mutual coordination and cooperation. The ultimate goal of the supply chain is to quickly respond to the market demand at the lowest cost, so as to realize the win-win situation between the node enterprises. This paper mainly studies the modeling and application of supply chain inventory based on complex network.Firstly, because the degree of node enterprises in supply chain cannot fully represent the status of node enterprises in the supply chain network structure, the paper presents the concepts of “input domain” and “close distance prestige value”. These two concepts provide new methods for evaluating the importance of supply chain node enterprises. At the same time, they offer references for choosing partners of node enterprises.Secondly, this paper builds inventory model of supply chain based on complex network. First of all, the paper builds supply chain collaboration model based on small world model. Through phasing out the node enterprises with large inventory forecasting error gradually, so as to realize the control and optimization of supply chain inventory coordination. This paper also builds a multi-period inventory model in the case of uncertain demand. Downstream node enterprises adopt production strategy to control production and inventory. Upstream node enterprises have also established the mutually corresponding dynamic inventory turnover policy. All node enterprises are willing to join force with others. So the whole supply chain can achieve the lowest inventory cost. And unlike the case of non-cooperation, just a single node enterprise pursue its inventory cost to reach the lowest value.At the last, the new characteristics of supply chain inventory management under complex network are analyzed. To summarize the inventory problem of A company and its subordinate enterprises, the paper finds out that its current inventory management is not standardized. And its ability is not strong. The storing data cannot support the decision-making. More seriously,it cannot handle the emergent events. In order to make the management more flexibility, the independent subsystem and the multi period inventory subsystem are established separately. In the inventory management subsystem, the three roles of the coordination center, the upstream node enterprise and the downstream node enterprise are set up, and the corresponding functions are given respectively. The node enterprises strategy and multi period inventory management models are chosen to establish the inventory management system. The paper highlights the supply chain node enterprises to jointly develop inventory plan and participate in the implementation of inventory planning.
