Whether the problem of labor mobility can be properly solved not only related to the construction of city and countryside and the economic transformation of our country, but also affected the living situation of rural labor and the harmony of society.Hunan is a typical agricultural province. Because of the location and history, the agriculture in Hunan is highly developed and industry is relatively underdeveloped. Until the end of year 2014, the population of Hunan was 72.0229 million, and there were 37.1944 million of countryside people and 18.3265 million of rural labor among them. Hunan has abundant labor resources. and is the basic of building a harmonious society. The research of the influence factor of the labor mobility not only has a theoretical value but also can provide guide for the reality, thus it’s a problem we have to pay lot attention to.This research attempts to draw a conclusion of the change of rural labor mobility in Hunan province through the empirical analysis of various influence factor of rural labor mobility in Hunan.Firstly, by literature research on relevant literature on rural labor migration abroad were systematically combing and comments, and the theory of labor mobility and labor, agricultural labor and rural labor transfer of rural labor and rural labor mobility related concepts research and define for subsequent research paper provides a literature basis and theoretical basis. Followed by scale structural analysis of the rural labor force in Hunan Province and the shape and distribution, the main problems existing in Hunan rural labor migration, on the basis of existing research results, through theoretical analysis, summarized the impact of rural Hunan Province labor mobility factors are the following quantity of labor, the income gap between urban and rural labor force ages, the rural labor force average four years of schooling, and then through the model, in line with the appropriate data analysis, the following four conclusions:First, the growing the income gap between urban and rural labor force is the main factor affecting the flow, the fundamental reason is the urban-rural split the dual economic structure. Second, the rural labor force educational attainment is an important reason for the impact of rural labor mobility, Hunan rural labor mobility low level largely because of the low quality of the rural labor force in Hunan province, which flow is restricted. Third Age of the rural labor force is one of the factors affect the flow of rural labor, with increasing age, the will of the rural labor mobility increases. Fourth, Hunan economic level and industrial structure to promote the flow of rural labor limited role in the flow of rural labor to the secondary and tertiary industries by many obstacles. Finally, these four aspects of the problem from the perspective of the government put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
