Labor relations are employers and employees in the event of a labor process,performance for cooperation and conflict between employees and employers, power, or the rights of a kind of social economic relations, is actually the game subject for both parties of labor relations, enterprise maximum maintenance rights and interests of employees is the foundation of the harmonious labor relations. It can be said that both employer and employee interests can fully satisfy is the necessary condition to build a harmonious labor relations, so the best state is win-win cooperation. In the current hotel labor relations, labor interests severely damaged, the management outstanding exclusive interests, labor conflicts be made explicit. Therefore, accelerate the establishment of a mechanism based on the interests of the employees’ rights and interests to share and promote harmonious labor relations, become the urgent matter. With the person this,this paper based on the perspective of the rights and interests of employees sander walter model, dual factors theory, maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, humanistic management theory, the influence factors of hotel labor relations model, based on the theory study design hotel labor relations influencing factors questionnaire, through exploratory factor analysis of the questionnaire data extraction factor of factors in the model is consistent with theory. Through structural equation to verify the validity of the theoretical model, and get the five factors that affect labor relations, labor remuneration,legal rights, employee development, flexible management and corporate culture) to have a positive impact on labor relation, which in addition to the legal rights and interests of no significant impact on labor relation, the other four factors on the impact of labor relations is very significant.
