Study On Interactiverelations Between Industrial Structure And Land Use Structure In Yichun City

Modern economic growth theory suggests that economic development is not only reflected in the total of economic growth, more is reflected in the changes of industrial structure, the comprehensive transformation of industrial structure is the essential characteristic of modern economic growth. However, any industry must be implemented in a certain space, the implementation of the industrial structure in space is the land use structure in a sense, the two are actually two sides of an issue. Therefore, in the case of increasingly acute contradictions between industrial development and land supply, combining industrial structure with land use structure, discussing the internal relations of industrial structure and land use structure, will contribute to the achievement of land resources'configuration among various industries, and there are important significance to alleviate the contradictions.This paper adopts land use survey data and statistics yearbook data of Yichun city between 1996 and 2008, on the basis of analyzing the situation and existing problems of industrial structure and land use structure, applying cointegration test,granger causality test,impulse response function and variance decomposition to comprehensively analyze the interactive relations between industrial structure and land use structure in Yichun city, and putting forward to countermeasures and suggestions about how to promote the coordinated development of industrial structure and land use structure. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Industrial structure has transform from "one, two, three" structure to "two, three, one" structure, Industrial structure was constantly upgraded; Land use structure presents the trend that the first industrial land proportion declined, the second and third industrial land proportion rised. But still existing problems such as the imbalance of industrial structure ratio and land use structure ratio, departments land ratio imbalance, the dislocation between land use structure and industrial structure.(2) There exists a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between the the adjustment of industrial structure and the changes of land use structure, and also exists two-way causality relationship, the changes of land use structure will cause the adjustment of industrial structure, and the readjustment of industrial structure also will cause the change of land use structure.(3) In the short term, the adjustment of land use structure will lag behind the adjustment of industrial structure, and produce a certain constraint effect to the adjustment of industrial structure; In the long term, there exists the positive feedback mechanism between industrial structure and land use structure, and the effect is continuous. (4) The effect of industrial structure adjustment on land use structure change is bigger than the effect of land use structure change on industrial structure adjustment, the adjustment of the land use structure adjustment is not the only factor to the adjustment of industrial structure.(5) In order to promote the positive interaction between industrial structure and land use structure, we can take measures as follows: enhancing the effective coordination about industrial development planning and land use planning,optimizing industrial structure to improve the optimal allocation of land resources,establishing "industry - land" dynamic monitoring and warning system,strengthening the market mechanism and administrative intervention.
