With the acceleration of various terminals products of consumer electronics, the original system of the global consumer electronics industry has been remodeling, and its supply mode, management mode and consumption patterns was also changed.Guangzhou is one of the most important central cities,and its main consumer electronics specialty store business model has lagged behind.This paper analysed the three major issues yet to be solved of KY company’s project named "Guangzhou modern consumer electronics e-commerce transactions comprehensive innovation park-cum-base" in the planning stage.This paper carried out a detailed analysis of the competitive environment of the industry projects, the external macro-environment and internal strengths and weaknesses, and virified the feasibility and necessity of the project.At the same time, in the face of opportunities and challenges, KY company must focus on planning issues to consider functional modules of the project, capital planning problems and the team preparation problems.The article discussed the process of these three questions.This case study starts from the feasibility of the project, doing research and analysis for the three major issues to be solved at the planning stage, and finally put forward corresponding countermeasures. I hope this analysis experience can provide reference in project planning for small and medium-size enterprise.
