With the advancement of technology and the ever-increasing level of productivity,the life cycle of consumer electronics has been continuously shortened,and a large number of consumer electronics have been eliminated.As a result,the number of discarded consumer electronics continues to increase,and resulting in increasingly significant environmental and social issues.Moreover,due to the imperfect recovery,a large number of consumer electronics have become “electronic waste”,it has caused serious waste of resources and environmental pollution.Therefore,the traditional recycling chain of consumer electronics has been unable to adapt to the rapid social development,it should be optimize the recovery processes to improve the economic benefits and environmental benefits of consumer electronics recycling.Based on this background,this paper puts forward the research on the optimization of the recycling process of consumer electronics,which has important practical significance for promoting the recycling process to meet the development trend of society and industry.Based on the current status of recycling of consumer electronics,this article first elaborated the current research status of consumer electronics recycling chain processes at home and abroad,and defined consumer electronics and the concept of the life cycle of consumer electronics.Based on the main features of the main part of the electronics recovery chain and the main features of the process,the consumer electronics recovery chain process and the life cycle of the consumer electronics recovery chain under the perspective of the whole life cycle are described.The Petri net related theory constructs the Petri net model for these two processes and analyzes its performance.It is proved that the model is active,bounded and accessible.Then,the two kinds of recovery chain Petri net model are simulated by Tina software,and the two models are compared according to the cycle time and recycling rate of the process,and the conclusion of this paper is reached: The life cycle recovery chain process of consumer electronics is superior to the partial cycle recovery chain process.The former can shorten the recycling time of consumer electronics,improve the recycling efficiency and recycling rate,and promote faster and better recycling of consumer electronics.Finally,according to the research conclusions,it put forward some relevant suggestions for optimizing the recycling process of consumer electronics.
