In order to achieve this goal, staff career management should be well done. Through staff career management system, enterprises combine organizations’ requirement with employees’ development target in a better way to achieve a win-win situation and harmonious development, enhance the company’s core competitive advantages and promote sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, the research of staff career management system is important and significant both for business and for personal development.Begin with the domestic and foreign research status and staff career management related theories, this paper build the theoretical basis; Then, IT industry and the research sample company are briefly introduced. This paper systematically analyze the current staff career management system of Beijing Zhongbaixin Group and clarify its existing problems. Questionnaires, conduct interviews and mathematical model are employed to analysis the staff career management system and degree of employee involvement, then data analysis creates the conditions for the subsequent optimization of staff career management system. Then, the paper propose specific measures to optimize the staff career management system of Group from the dimension of career development path, training, career information exchange platform and so on. Finally, this paper give the supporting measure to the optimal implementation of the employee career management.This paper aims to promote employee’s loyalty and satisfaction in the largest scale of Beijing Zhongbaixin Group, it improve work efficiency and market competitiveness to achieve the win-win situation for both employer and employees, and provide reference for other companies’ IT staff career management system. |
