High-end equipment manufacturing industry as a strategic emerging industry plays a vital role in the development of the whole country economy. Since it has the industrial characteristics of high technical and high value-added, many scholars and related enterprises realizes that technology innovation plays a key role to promote the development of equipment manufacturing industry. So as the executor of the innovation activity, the overall quality and ability and reasonable allocation of innovation team is of great significance to improve enterprise performance. This article attempts to build the innovation team competency model from the perspective of the influence factors of technology innovation motivation in high-end equipment manufacturing industry. And introduce psychological contract as a moderator variable to concrete analysis the influence of the relationship between innovation team competency and team performance.First, this paper summarizes and makes a comment on the research about high-end equipment, innovation team competency, team performance and psychology contract.Second, according to the theory of technology innovation motivation mechanism,this paper designs the preliminary measurement indicators of innovation team competency. Then choose the typical high-end equipment industry to conduct the questionnaire survey and the results get through the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. We get the innovation team competency model. Then based on the related theory we make the research hypothesis.Then, we process the empirical research about the relationship between innovation team competency and enterprise performance. Select the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei province to conduct the questionnaire survey. Using AMOS 17.0 through the path analysis about the innovation team competency and enterprise performance we verify the hypothesis. After using SPSS 17.0 through regression analysis, this paper verifies whether the psychology contract has a regulation role in the relationship above them.Finally, according to the inspection results, this paper put forward some management suggestions. By establishing the human resource management system based on competency model, enhance the competent ability of innovation team members, and achieve the purpose of improving the performance.
