High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise Technological Innovation-oriented Innovation Team Competency Research

With the speeding up of globalization and the new technology revolution, AMT hasbeen continuously introduced to manufacturing industry, the world began to pay attentionto the support and development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry. Due to thehigh technical, high value-added industrial characteristics of the high-end equipmentmanufacturing industry, many scholars and related enterprises have realized that thetechnological innovation play a key role to promote the field of high-end development ofthe equipment manufacturing industry. And as the basic unit of enterprise innovation, thereasonable configuration and management of technology innovation team is of greatsignificance in the process of technological innovation. Because of neglect of the specificindustry and innovation oriented strategy in the previous innovation team competencystudy, this article tried to construct the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises’innovation team competency model based on the technology innovation oriented, topromote enterprise technology innovation and development.First, this paper expounded and remarked the three aspects of the research status athome and abroad, including the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises, theinnovation orientation and innovation team competency. Through the explanation oftechnology innovation motivation theory and the concept of innovation team competency,trying to explore the influence factors of enterprise technology innovation.Second, according to the theory of literature and questionnaire results, this paper putsforward the technological innovation oriented10dimensions and45specific competencyelements of innovative team, and established the corresponding relation between the two.Then this paper compiled the original questionnaire of the innovation team competency,and according to EFA, it reached a preliminary explore result that the high-end equipmentmanufacturing enterprise innovation team competencies content is a seven dimensionsstructure which include27items of quality elements.Third, according to the results of the exploration, this paper modifies the content ofthe questionnaire, and collects data again on innovation team through an official survey.Using structural equation modeling carried out CFA to the model, and the analysis results showed that the model fit the data better. Then based on the results of model test, thispaper has carried on the analysis of variance and weight analysis, finally built the high-endequipment manufacturing enterprise technological innovation-oriented innovation teamcompetencies model.Finally, this paper introduced the competency assessment technology and thebuilding method of competency evaluation index system. And innovation teammanagement countermeasures and suggestions are given from four aspects of therecruitment selection, training and development, performance and salary management.
